  • Our App is designed to save your data on your devices for review by you and shared by you to your friends and family members.
  • Our App can share your stored data by our other App to display your stored data and history on your device.
  • We do not use personal information to provide our services, to communicate about existing and new Paltorc features with you, and to comply with our terms and applicable laws.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE STORE?

Here’s a description of the categories of information we store when you interact with our App, and examples of how we use the specific types of information. We may store:

  • Device data, such as device Bluetooth Name and UUID, device location, Crank data: Heart Rate, Torque, RPM, Speed, Distance, Altitude, Slope, PAS Levels, Weight, Temperature, Weather, Connection(Internet and Bluetooth), Power, the date and time of App use, interactions with the App, and the time, frequency, and duration of the interactions.

3. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

We collect Crank data from Crank that is connected through Bluetooth and saved in a Text File. We also save Device Bluetooth Data and Location Data in a Text File. Those text file will be saved on your device. 

4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Our App use the store data to calculate measurements and equations to display on your device and on our other App

How can you use the Data?

  • You can see the Log File to review the data;
  • You can send the Log File to your friends and family member through email;
  • Our  App can use the data to calculate more accurately;
  • Our App can be develop more advance graphics and Calculations in the future;
  • Communicate with you about the App by sending you push notifications and emails with announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;

5. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short:  We do not share and collect your data. Only, you have the access to share your stored data with your friends, family members or anyone.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  You may review, change, or terminate your app from your device at any time.

8. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?    

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
